Weather window to leave Norwalk is Dec 23rd in the afternoon to catch the tide through NY city and Hell Gate – could get us beyond Cape Hatteras if we keep moving! Three or four car loads (SUV loads) and we still have to run Candy’s car back to safe storage in Redding… now not thinking it would be wise to leave tonite – late, exhausted and still needing to get the dinghy on deck and the outboard onto the pushpit.
